1. Assessment – your project will be assessed for message, target audience, purpose and style

2. Analysis – this is where we run the text through a ten point analysis designed to highlight syntactical errors, expression misfires and dips in tone and style.

3. Reworking – an expert editor will highlight all the areas of the text which need to be reworked. This includes correcting spelling mistakes, highlighting synonyms and marking syntactical errors.

4. Adjusting – an expert writer will then carry out all the changes, enhance the text where necessary, read it for accuracy of expression and accuracy of intent, substitute in any words that do a better job and rewrite any segments for clarity.

5. Approval – a senior editor will finally get the final version of the text and check to make sure it has natural flow, the tone is correct throughout and it does exactly what it is intended to do.
