We provide a thorough corporate-level SWOT Analysis document covering all this for you. Typical analysis runs to 20 pages with graphs, statistics and graphics. Confidentiality is part of our business but we can, for your peace of mind, sign any NDA necessary.

How long does it take: A first-level, in-depth assessment of your idea takes approximately ten working days to complete. It gives you the power of a corporate team of analysts at a fraction of the cost.

What influences costs: A first level, in-depth analysis has a fixed cost. However any additional research and if you specify areas for study which would normally not fall within this level of analysis can incur small additional costs which we tell you about in advance.

We can provide a full work up of your idea creating a blueprint for implementation

This is different to an assessment. A full work up analyses in detail everything you need to make your idea reality. It examines technologies, capabilities and functionalities. It explains the advantages and disadvantages of each choice and it also offers approximate costings for each level. An implementation blueprint can run to 50 pages and it is worked on by a team of professional business analysts and integrators.

How long will it take: An implementation blueprint requires a minimum time of two weeks. Your analysts will need to discuss specifics with designers and coders and provide a detailed breakdown. They will explore avenues which you may not have originally foreseen. All this takes time to complete.

What influences costs: An implementation blueprint has a fixed cost structure. Additional costs may arise by the need to carry out specific research or explore areas of expertise which require additional meetings for our analysts. These are all communicated to you in advance and you are the one who makes the final decisions.

How long will it take: There is no typical length of time here. Much depends on what has been agreed beforehand, your own response times to decisions and any potential issues which may need to be resolved. We have brought complex websites to life from zero to complete working order within three weeks. We have created entire newspapers and magazines from scratch in just four weeks. It really depends upon the scope of your project.

 

What influences costs: The cost of your entire project will be agreed in advance. There are no hidden fees. Costs are governed by time, functionalities required and the level of expertise we apply. When additional costs are incurred they are the direct result of additional requests which expand the original scope of the project. These are clearly communicated throughout the project, when they occur.
